HCi: Analysis and Reporting

HCi, a human resources consulting firm, engaged True North to assist with a compensation study that HCi is performing for a client. Specifically, HCi asked True North to ensure that results could be communicated to the client in a clear, intuitive fashion.
True North advised HCi on the research design of its compensation study to ensure that data collected was complete, and accurate.

Once HCi collects all of the data for its project, True North will help HCi transform their data in a way that allows easy and intuitive comparisons between multiple groups across a range of dimensions. At the end of the project, HCi will be able to give their client a concise report that still reflects the wealth of nuanced detail that HCi is capturing.
