Bio

Ari Zentner is the Managing Director of True North. He specializes in business strategy, organizational and operational design, finance operations, planning and forecasting, process reengineering, internal controls and management reporting. Over the past 12 years, Ari has helped corporations in the financial services, telecommunications, real estate, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as non-profits, assess and reconfigure their internal structures to maximize efficiencies and to proactively identify and address both issues and opportunities. Ari earned both his M.B.A. and an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and his B.A. from Colgate University.
